Meet Elise, the enthusiastic leader of the 3 to 6-year-old program at Rondeau’s Kickboxing. With a solid martial arts background, she is not only dedicated to her own journey of testing for new levels but is also on the path to achieving her black belt at Rondeau’s.As a mom to two children, Elise understands the importance of nurturing and guiding young minds. She is passionate about instilling character development skills in her students, teaching them essential life skills on the mat. Through engaging and fun activities, she encourages these little ones to grow in confidence and resilience. Each class concludes with a "mat chat," where Elise inspires her students to reflect on their experiences and share their thoughts, nurturing their verbal communication and leadership skills.
