Rondeau’s Kickboxing, known for their fundraising events to help others throughout the community, recently walked into the doors at Hasbro Children’s Hospital with dozens of boxes filled with “Little Fighter Stuffed Animals.” The boxes were each labeled with the initial message of “You Are Loved! I am a brave little fighter filled with Hugs & Love for you” When the child opens the box out pops an adorable stuffed animal, boxing gloves wrapped around them as well as an autographed card from Christina Rondeau!
Christina Rondeau, owner of Rondeau’s Kickboxing, stated “We wanted to bring a smile to these children’s faces, take their minds off of why they are in the hospital, and give them a friend, soft and huggable to lay with during their stay at Hasbro”
Funds for the “Little Fighter Stuffed Animals” were donated by members of Rondeau’s Kickboxing, as well as raised through special events such as the Heavy Bag Competition and also the Winter Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair.
