Meet Brittany, a vibrant trainer at Rondeau’s Kickboxing who brings her passion for fitness and fun to every class. Not only is she a dedicated trainer, but she also shines as an actress in our kickboxing commercials, showcasing her enthusiasm fun personality. Brittany is a proud member of the Golden Glove Club and holds a level 7 - brown belt, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in martial arts.
Outside of the gym, Brittany enjoys a fulfilling life with her husband and their beloved dog. She has a zest for adventure, often traveling to new destinations and exploring the great outdoors with her furry companion by her side.

There is not a better place to reach your goals and feel empowered! The biggest tip I can give new costumes is to remember that everyone was new once, everyone had to learn the combinations. Every class is different, trainers are diverse and inspiring! Once you go once you will be hooked. Not only will you feel incredible, you will see results FAST! There is no other gym in the country quite like RKB.
